What is ZEGG-Forum?
ZEGG-Forum is designed for people existing in ongoing communities be they family or work. The process is intended to promote awareness, communication and trust — to give space for hidden agendas to emerge, that may be impacting the group. It presents a wholistic and creative possibility for individuals to express and explore themselves beyond the surface and to be witnessed.
What happens in a ZEGG-Forum?
Participants sit in a large circle leaving enough room in the middle for the someone to walk around in the circle. The facilitator provides an introduction to the process. One person at a time can choose to go into the center of the circle. The role of the group on the outside is to witness the person in the center. After the person in the center has expressed themselves, often times with the help of the facilitator, people who have witnessed the person in the middle can offer “mirrors” meaning, they go into the center of the circle and express what they felt or interpreted when the person in the middle was presenting.
